I am a newbie
My hubs do not get much in people reading them or writting anything. So, what can I do to make my hubs more interesting?
Welcome to hubpages! It can be slow to gain traffic, but you just have to keep at it. Also, consider social networking. Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook and Stumbleupon are great options to check out.
Also contribute to HP thru forums, answers help new members ,leave useful comment on others hubs and you will get more traffic.
You could also visit the Extreme Hub Makeover Forum thread and post a few links to get advice on how to make your hubs better.
It's just a suggestion(thought).

I was hub hopping and had to flag a few hubs for being substandard (word count). One hub had exactly 10 words and 2 photos. There should be a way the system prevents you from publishing a hub like that except if it's in the poetry section.

How many social bookmarking sites do you use to draw traffic to your hubs? What sites do you use to promote your hubs and which of them draw the best traffic?

Hi- I was noticing that the traffic source reports include Twitter and Tweet Grid, but not Tweet Deck. I normally use Tweet Deck, because it is much more user-friendly, and auto-refreshes (unlike Twitter home). Also, as with Tweet Grid, anything posted there does feed over...
