Can I use google images and videos from youtube in hubs or do I need permission?
If any youtube videos is copyrighted then author disables embedding. else you can use it & put it on your hub. Just check the user policy once before using that user's video & don't forget to give credits by linking to the user's site, if there is any.
Go to Google images Advanced, for copywrite issues. Better read "Learning center "in hubpages. This will be helpful.
you need to look at the image and the site it comes from see if there are any copywrite issues, if in doubt don't use it.
The best thing is read the copyright notice once from site and also mention the pic and video link on HP.

I'm finding that image quality has declined recently whether the images are jpgs or pngs. The problem is bigger for graphics than photos. They are very blurry on HP but look sharp on desktop.
