When leaving comments on hubs, is it necessary to say "vote up" or "I voted"? I don't want to seem rude by not leaving such a comment...
I do vote on the majority of the titles, and comment. I don't however say if I voted - kind of thought that would be a gimme?
Still new at this and learning so ... have mercy... LOL..
