If I want to opt-out from hubpages Ad program, will I receive my current earnings (under 50$) to my PayPal account automatically?
If I do so, can I opt-in to Hubpages ad program again later at anytime?
You need to have reached payout before it is transferred to your paypal account. Yes, you could opt in and out of the program later..
OK. Then can I still earn money from Hubpages referral program?
I am a little confused here.. If you are already enrolled and earning you should continue to earn through HP ads until you decide to opt out.
Referrals, meaning URL trackers, give you a percentage of page impressions. Whether or not these can benefit you financially depends on the affiliate programs you have running actively. If you opt out of certain affiliate programs, you will get no referral revenue from those types of ads, either.
You have to meet minimum payout to receive payment from any of the programs for starters.
