If I change a title under edit does my url change and if so does that mean submitting different urls to anywhere I may have linked it? Thanks
Changing titles does not mean you have changed URL. In fact, there is no way to easily change your URL. The only way is to create a new URL and transfer the content from the original to the new.
Titles are treated differently and can be changed as often as you like.
