I have had a few complaints from users about comments disappearing when posted. Some have turned up in the spam filter. Some I can't find.
These complaints are from regular users and I take them seriously.
I have asked for browser details. If I get them I will post here again.
Thanks, for responding.
This is about comments on a hubpage.
The lady concerned is a regular poster and several of her posts have disappeared, apparently.
I asked for browser and system info and when she replied that went into the spam filter (rather than disappearing for ever).
She tells me her browser is Safari on an iPad.
This is on my hip replacement page which now has over 2000 comments. I am rather proud of the little forum there and want to keep it working as smoothly as possible!
If she is still having problems, she should email firstname.lastname@example.org as without much details it isn't very easy for us to track down potential problems. Itt would work better to ask her questions directly if we have follow-up info we need.
I keep posting comments on hubs and when I go back to see the reply I notice that my comments are not actually there. I tried it again a few moments ago, and even though I definitely posted it and it was there for a few minutes, when I looked again it had disappeared. I don't think its anything to do with waiting for the hub comment to be allowed as I see it for a few minutes. This has happened a few times over the last few days and I thought it was my pc playing up, but its not. Anybody else getting this problem still?

I published a new Hub this morning:http://james-a-watkins.hubpages.com/hub … n-HubPagesAround 11:15 I noticed it had half a dozen comments already. I remember the first one was from GPage. I thought I would respond to them after lunch. About forty-five minutes later I logged on and...

Why has my 'reply' button where I can respond to comments on my hub suddenly disappeared? The 'Approve' button is still there, but after I've hit that, it just comes up with 'deny.' Is this a new feature?

Has anyone noticed a decrease in comments on their hubs? Views are up, comments aren't there. I occasionally get a comment and try to reply and the comment disappears into cyberspace. This happens on various hubs and keeps changing. I have tried to post comments on other...

For the past few days some of the comments that I've made on my hubs and some of the comments from visitors to my hubs have posted two or even three times. I've seen double posts in the comments section of other people's hubs, too. When I'm making the comment I know that I haven't clicked the...

Twice this week, I checked AdSense, and saw some nice earnings in the 30 to 50 cents range, due to ad clicks (I assume). Both times, these earnings disappeared when I checked back again a few hours later. I understand that earnings are not final until final, but the most recent case was...
