FYI HP Staff -
Still unable to navigate the HP web site properly -
Cannot access *explore* *notifications* *Alternative Prime* *start a new hub* located in the upper right corner of the page -
"Profile Page" appears slightly altered and unable to edit Hubs for publication and several other features not functioning properly - This happened a few weeks ago but corrected itself - Current situation longer in duration -
Any input related to pending site wide issues would be appreciated -
Only other thing I noticed as the infinite-looping AJAX "working" wheel, on both mobile and desktop view in FF, Safari and Opera. Seems to have something to do with the share tools for FB, Pinterest, etc. Everything else seems peachy.
I understand everyone is extremely busy, but can someone from HP Technical Support who might have first hand knowledge please respond - A brief answer at this point will suffice -
In addition, can you please take a quick look at my Profile Page and let me know why it appears to be slightly out of whack? Site Wide "Technical Difficulties" or something else? -
Sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing.
It appears you are using a web browser that is more than 10 years old.
If you want to use Internet Explorer, I would advise upgrading to the latest version supported by Windows XP, Internet Explorer 8.
The issues you are experiencing have been reported to our engineering team, but only affect IE6 and IE7.
Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari are also good alternatives that work in XP.
