How Do You Cope With People’s Behaviors

I share my experiences, my emotions and believe in myself. I am positive, confident and love life.

People's Behaviors

Everyday routine tells you about a person, including yourself of your personality and psychological habits.

People eat fast and want to get their lives on track, while those who choose to eat slowly are enjoying the moment of chewing their food and the pleasure of eating.

The fastest eaters are the go-getters, the achievers and the slow eaters are the pleasurable types. A people pleaser is one who accepts the bad talk of others unto them.

Ambitious people as the fast eaters are, want to get on with their work faster and are impatient to get on it. They get into challenges faster. A people pleaser rarely responds to an insult. Mostly accept insults and are insecure.

A person who fails to speak of their traumatic experiences does not have the ability to express such emotions. Daily you would come across these little moments or actions from people at work or around you in public places.

You will notice that people bite their fingernails when nervous. They tap their foot while sitting or scratch their heads showing their anxiety behaviours.

Behaviours toward you or other people are experienced daily. It depends on how often you actually notice these behaviours. People gossip about others when they are threatened or feel jealous. They talk about themselves or others and in different ways to hurt each other.

Mistakes are noticed and the person feels less self-worth. Offensive and lower self-esteem, if the person is affected by your conversations. People who tell jokes let you know a lot about themselves.

You must have at some point in your life heard jokes and laughed about them or got offended by the jokes.

The tension is sliced through like a knife through butter making you feel not so awkward. A joke is cracked and you are crumbled by it. People tell jokes when they feel the need to laugh or insult someone.

Sometimes jokes make you giggle and this is helplessly laughing about that joke. Some jokes are told to show sarcasm. Such jokes are told from frustrated people.

A sign of the following lets you know more about people:

  • Selfishness
  • Narcissism
  • Immaturity
  • Lack of self-respect
  • Lack of respect

For example:

  • Someone buys themselves a sweet and does not offer you a sweet.
  • It is selfish of that person to behave in that way.
  • They eat that sweet in front of you and do not share it with you.
  • What do you think of that example?

  • People staring into their phones disregarding your presence.
  • Dressing codes are inappropriate.
  • Poor health care and bad teeth.
  • One who turns up late for a date or meeting.
  • Reckless driving and speaking loudly with no care of who is listening in on their conversations.
  • They walk ahead of you and do not respect your wishes.
  • These are just some of the behaviours that trigger their personalities and psychological attitudes.
  • The unexpected behaviours can leave you thinking of them for days.
  • The different sense of humour and what they do on each given day affects you or other people.
  • All the different ways in which they behave show us everything about themselves.
  • The types of people they mingle with and the hobbies of interest.
  • People attempt their efforts, however, they want to or choose to, and this is how we see people from our perspectives.
  • To be able to cope with such behaviours depends on you.

How do you see people in all of these behaviours?

The way people carry them out in public, the way they speak, and the way they look at life are sometimes sad for others. It is how everybody sees themselves differently from others.

How you were raised and your background do play a role in your lives as you get older. Great personalities have open minds and have a lot to offer when in a group. The handwriting of someone tells you a lot about that person too. In all everything, one does say a lot about them.

You get the perfectionist.

A perfectionist cleans up their surroundings and would not have any clutter around the home. Overthinkers have problems having a good night's sleep.

Orderly

They are punctual and do not let you down when needed.

Practical

People who are laid-back and do not think of what others think of them. These people do not care about the opinions of others.

They prefer to not wear makeup and to be themselves. People do not agree with every word you say that is just what you need to get used to in your life.

You need to take control of your life and not try to live the lives of others.

For example:

Friends get together to have a meal and at the end of the meal, somebody has to pay for that meal. Nobody picks up their head to pay or has a word in to pay for the meal. You end up paying for everyone.

How would you go about it?

Would you go to a function you do not want to attend?

You asked to attend and you do not want to, so what do you do?

If you attend the function you will not enjoy it.

Are you in control of your decisions?

Do you dress up after you see what others are wearing?

Do you compare yourself to others?

Do you believe in yourself?

What discourages you from your friends or families?
