Inferiority complex, a psychological sense of inferiority that is wholly or partly unconscious. The term has been used by some psychiatrists and psychologists, particularly the followers of the early psychoanalyst Alfred Adler, who held that many neurotic symptoms could be traced to overcompensation for this feeling.

Avoid inferiority complex

Nurture the friendships in which reciprocal listening, kindness, and responsibility are present. Find people who are just waiting to help you find the best version of yourself. Stop comparing yourself to everyone else. People with inferiority complexes spend too much time comparing themselves to everyone around them. Stop to compaire your self anyone. You thought only you are great person. And focus on your work. Don't pay attention to what people say.
