Wishes do Come True - Just Break a Chicken Bone and See

Updated on October 11, 2015

I'm Ready to Increase My Wish Odds

Wish Granting

Well, I grew up thinking that breaking the Wishbone with someone granted the winner of the pull the wishes. Lest you get too eager to win, you had to be careful of how you pulled. The wishbone breaks just below where the two ends are joined together.

Usually, there is about a half inch of excess on the winning bone side. But, you had to have your wish established before you pull the bone. You cannot make up a new wish or complete your initial wish after the break is done. That voids the wish.

Yeah, you gotta have your act together before you win. Otherwise, your wishes won't occur.

The Evil Joke

Wait, Wait, wait, don't pull on those bones and break them.

I wouldn't know what to do with the body.

chuckle, chuckle, chuckle... as great aunt Lydia would say with a smile and a giggle. I suppose she was talking about Great Uncle Bill.

Do you suppose?

I wonder where this idea came from, have tried many times, but still no wishes have ever come true.

Maybe someone can comment here and let us know that their wish came true.

Happy days hoping that wishes came true.
