Have you ever been publicly embarrassed or humiliated?
What happened & where? What person or event triggered it?
In a group of about 9 people, my 'friend' went on and on and on about the downers of smoking, how disgusting it was and the effect it had on other people. He really was going to town, major dumping it was. Course I was the only smoker in the group and everyone knew it. So all eyes and attention was on me and they knew I was the target of it.
Was not a bad thing in the end. Not long after this I gave up smoking cold turkey and I've never had one since. He did me a favor.
