what are the types of matter? anybody pls explain what is meant by plasma?
The states of matter are solid, liquid, gas and plasma.
plasma exhibits behavior peculiar to long range Coulomb forces, electrostatic interaction between electrically charged particles, in which the particles move in electromagnetic fields generated by and self-consistent with their own motions. The sun and stars are plasmas, as is the Earth's ionosphere, and plasmas occur in neon signs.
