As well as the gibberish and nothing questions, I'm getting fed up with these call girl...

postings.  How about, you can't post a question until you have been a signed up member for, say, three months, have posted three acceptable hubs and have that little number in the corner read 50, what do you think?

I have been told about free speech, but I agree, these call girl spams are getting right up my nose.

I think I'm inclined to agree with you.

Just flag the profile, and admin will deal with it and all the posts.

We should not have to flag all the individual questions. Flagging the profile should be sufficient.  It seems that HP admin does not have someone to promptly attend to the flags, which is a shortcoming.

Relache, you keep serving the same stew, 'flag and let the administrators sort it out'.
Stop the problem before it starts, make it difficult for these people to ply their trade here; make it difficult for those other people to ask inane, often illiterate, questions.
Those who have been members a certain amount of time and contribute in the form of hubs, etc, and have bothered to acquire a reasonable use of English, have earned their right to post questions, at the moment, any one can come in here and post what they like.
The administrators don't really care, every new question page is a new page for adverts for someone to click on.

I have to say I am in total agreement here. All I see about 75% of the time are questions that make no sense at all, they just pop in here spamming there questions with no meaning in hopes people will check out there profile just to find out they are only here to promote something. You can almost bet that they have no hubs published as well.
