find the nth term formula fo this sequence

-1 , 7 , 19 , 35 , 55 , 79I know this is probably your homework but the answer is (n!*4) - 5

This is assuming that your first integer is -1 (minus one)

Therefore if n = 6

= (6*4) + (5*4) + (4*4) + (3*4) + (2*4) + (1*4) - 5

= 79

Next time, you work it out.
