    Is this true?

I heard someone say that babies who are read to when in the mothers womb are more intelligent in there life than does who weren't read to.

There may be a correlation, but people who are trying to encourage intelligence and education in their child before it's even born, are probably going to do it their whole life.

More likely, people who raise their kids to value intelligence, read to them in the womb.  And that would account for the statistic.
