Can a child with an IEP not past an FCAT test and still pass 8th grade?
Yes they can still pass the 8th grade as long as their class grades are exceptable. I have a child with an IEP because she is hearing impaired. If the teachers are not following the IEP along with her IEP counselor at school and the child does not pass the FCAT they are not doing their jobs. I would request a retest with strcit instructions to follow the IEP regulations on test taking.

If God is omni present and knows the past ,present, and future, then why would he test us when...he already knows the outcome of our actions?
