IQ test usually means trick question. This one seems straight forward.
joy's father is john, then john is the name of joy's father.
This is really a tricky question if any one does not guess.
the answer is just a word "name".
the relationship can be presented as below:
as joy's father and john are the same, so the answer is name.
Joy's father is john, then john is the name of joy's father.
