    The question of the hour is what is breaking your concentration or not allowing you to concentrate?  When you have come to that conclusion, learn how to put it to the side for whatever time is needed to study.  Even if it means separating yourself from that person, vice, situation, environment, pass time...etc

    Having a good sleep prior to the time you want to study can help....sleep can help clear a lot of thing on your mind and make you feel refreshed.
