Is public flag burning legal?
Obama claimed that he attended flag burnings. Can this really be considered, freedom of expression? Most Municipalities prohibit open burning without a permit, soooo!

it depends on which flag you are talking about. if its the national flag, then YES, it is prohibited.
if its just a local flag, actually a symbol which stands for a group is burned, you will need the permission of the local authorities to conduct any kind of gathering.
