What subject do you believe is the most underrated both by students and educators?
Answers could be different for each, or the same.
I think English and math for students. They don't realize how important these are until later in life. (I know that is two)
Educators, I believe more current affairs and budgeting.
English- If you can read you can achieve anything!
However, as a lover of English I might seem partial...
I also feel strongly that mathematical skills are crucial in this day and age. There are countries so dangerously far ahead of us in this subject as well as the sciences. I guess my view is that the school systems have really just failed us as children in this day and age...
Students? i would say maths. Its amazing how you get to college then you regret why you never paid attention to algebra in school
Some believe English class is just grammar and spelling, but it is communications for life. Education emphasizes math and science, but without English and the ability to communicate all subjects are at risk of being learned at a substandard level. read more
