What is the importance of positive thinking in case of serious illness?

Is it important and how can you keep that positive thinking and pass it on to the person that is ill?

It has been researched and I believe they say that your body reacts positive to what your mind thinks. It releases chemicals that are good for you, thus helping the healing process. They say you are what you think.

You need spread "positive" thinking through your mind/body and engulf your essence with a unique energy....starting a powerful disease that's  enough to over ride whatever you or your loved one is currently overwhelmed and stricken with. Self preservation!  Any outside force you haven't welcomed or have an interest in entertaining need be dealt with accordingly!  You can apply this to your loved one by embodying your life with this type of thinking so that you can spread a energetic disease via your intention.  This isn't a for the hour, week or month thing just so you can get what you want.  Don't believe the hype that just because you need for it to work for you for whatever selfish reason it will be readily available because you are going through the motions and vying for an oscar and award.  Don't make the mistake in thinking that every and anything "Is Game".

Positive thoughts are a kind of biofeedback which create a placebo effect that can definitely produce positive results, but not assuredly help with everything.
