If it were snowing and the sun were to shine, would we see a snowbow?
That is a cool question, and a cool idea at the same time.Snow isn't moist enough, little drops of water cause the rainbow to appear, creating the spectrum of light. The phenomenon only works with little drops of water. So the answer to your question is no.
I see that RPirate gave you the answer but I just wanted to thank you for the laugh I got when I read "snowbow".
