What are the legal implications of taking a photograph of a celebrity?
Can you go to a live show or event take snaps of a celebrity and then sell those images?
Is there any kind of law against selling an image of something or someone?
I know you couldn't use that celebrity to then advertise something but what i'm wondering about is if say you sold the image of someone famous as a poster or printed picture is that okay?
I don't know about other countries, but in the UK ther is no right to privacy, you can take photos of anyone in a public place. If you want to use them commercially, if the person is recogniseable, you will need a model release form
