While not traditional "classes", the articles at http://www.investopedia.com/university/ were of great help to me as I started to learn about investing in stocks.  One can never be too prepared for their future, especially when talking about finances.

Great question! I have courses from Carnegie Mellon's Open Learning Initiative http://oli.web.cmu.edu/openlearning/ very rewarding.
Currently I taking their French course. They use 90's videos of actual conversations and repeat it in a strategic manner. This approach has enabled me to catch on quickly to understanding French.
An OLI class I already took that I really benefited from was Argument Diagramming which helped me on the LSATs greatly.

I took a few online courses in regards to Certification for Early Childhood development.  They were about two hours or more in length but easy to follow and interesting.  I enjoyed being able to take them as my schedule allowed in the privacy of my home.
