Would a person have the right to refuse cloning at any cost?
Example: A future astronaut is captured by aliens because of his own stupidity. They are going to take pieces of his genetic code and create thousands more like him which will have most of his memories, etc. and be within 25% of being him exactly, and they will live like kings. This process will take a day or two and will be painful, and might cost him his life. Does he have the right to escape and deprive these potential lives of being created? If he escapes before the process is complete all of the thousands of new lives will die instantly.
The question is so odd, I can only guess that you are really making some argument about something else, like abortion.
Since I can't figure out the analogy, and because it is so bad, and so leading, I will not answer.
What is the real question?
What kind of rights at all would an earthling have captured by superior aliens in space? If he escapes, where does he go?
If an analogy of abortion, it is a bad one because the mother does not die in the abortion, only the child/children are murdered.
