hmm. I'm not sure. The size of a planet is so small and the orbits are so large, it would amount to recording a golf ball circling around a golf field. We can detect planets as they pass by a sun - that's actually how scientists discover new planets, but to see a planet move around the sun would be kinda hard.
It might work in the future. We have gigapixel cameras in london. One snapshot of the city record every tiny detail from humans to floor tiles.
