Why psychopaths are attracted to murder?
I never understood what can attract a psychopath to murder,It looks like all are obsessed with it.
What do you think can attract a psychopath to murder?
From what I have studied and learned about psychopaths, It gives them a sense of superiority to know that someone's life is in their evil hands. They get a thrill by playing God and taking one's life. Especially serial killers. Mass murderers on the other hand feel like society has wronged them in some way, So this is their way of paying society back for their supposed mistreatment of the psychopath. There are no innocent people, All are guilty in their eyes.
It's not a matter of being attracted to it. It's the issues they have that cause and lead them to it. Being a psycopath is a mental illness. On top of that almost all serial killers are abused as a child. Statistics show many are physically and sexually abused. Some even have over religious fanatics for parents who isolate them which just fuels the passion for anger. Almost all psychopaths have mom and dad issues. This leads to severe anger and usually comes out by the time they start dating. So sadly it is the cycle of abuse that usually leads to murder.
Like peeples said: It's not that all psychopaths are addicted to murder; many murderers are psychopaths because psychopaths lack normal feelings of empathy and murder is, to them, simply a solution to a problem ( like Ted Bundy) or it's a "fun" thing to do ( at least in the mind of a psychopath). Usually abuse and other traumatic experiences can push a normal child to have psychopathic tendancies, but actual anger would not be exhibited in a true psychopath, lacking the mental faculties to do much besides feign anger (or other emotions).
