The same as in developed countries: The idiots in charge!
Some of these obstacle are:
1) Inadequate natural resources.
2) Lack of Trained Human capital
3) Less developed infrastructure
4) Weak Institutions
5) Heavy reliance on Agri and Primary Goods Manufacturing
6) Lack of Technology
