Why do flight attendants fear serving Diet Coke to passengers?
The caffeine and its properties as a diuretic, maybe? Can't have too many folks trying to get into the tiny airplane restroom, you know.
Passengers ought to be scared to drink Diet Coke, as that stuff is loaded with neurotoxin aspartame....it is poison.

I think they are filing charges on the wrong person! The passenger should have been arrested. Yes the flight attendant may have gotten carried away, but I can say when dealing with the public day after day, sometimes...
