Why do countries have money for wars but not for supplies? Especially in WWII
How can a country fight a war if they claim that they are low on resources? Can't they spend the money on supplies?
Its easier to take than to earn. Its also easier to rally a nation against a common enemy than to rally a nation making them believe that they have to work harder to achieve something. And more often than not, nations that go to war over lack of resources tend to be in the grip of a dictator, who decides what the nation needs himself. Examples: Napoleon, Hitler, Stalin, Hussein
