Were the armed forces told to stand down in Benghazi to prevent the escalation of the war on terror?
Isn't it possible that force wasn't used to protect the embassy in Benghazi to keep the war on terror from spreading to yet another country in the war torn region of the middle east?
Anything is possible however I suspect the whole scheme was basically about selling weapons to both sides of the 'War on Terror' and that sending in the calvary could've exposed the White House's role in this conspiracy.
Just because they got caught in the Iran Contra Scandal doesn't mean they ever stopped, America has been funding both sides of every major conflict for hundreds of years.
Because the American public has been conditioned to point the finger and blame others for their own corrupt government they will continue to justify their own duplicity and turn a blind eye.
