No, I believe it had to do with the rules of evidence and what the jury had in front of them to consider.
A Hispanic was found not guilty. I think a lot of people forget he is HISPANIC, not white. No I think it had to do with the evidence.

If Martin's hand was covering Zimmerman's mouth as he claims, wouldn't the screams have sounded muffled? Zimmerman's DNA wasn't found on Martin's hands so was it Zimmerman or Martin screaming?
