no because if your website is base on adsense program then you cannot. if your hub is publish here you cannot. so I hope you got your answer.
If you remove the article from your web site, and wait for Google to deindex it, you might then be able to publish it on HubPages. If you try to publish it here without removing it first, it will be flagged as duplicate content.
