How do you think this winter will be?
With the changes being caused by global warming, how do you think this winter will be? Do you think it will be worse than other winters?
I'm hoping it won't be so bad...I heard we were in for a rough one.
It depends on where you are. California is currently experiencing a horrific drought. I lived there most of my life, and have noticed a pattern; approximately every 14 years, there is a drought, and every 14 years in the middle of the cycle, there is a heavy winter. Example: drought years were 1977, 1990, and 2004. heavy winter years were 1969, 1982, 1996, and 2010. According to my calculations, California's drought will end the spring of 2018, which means they'd better find a way to deal with it until then - sorry, California! But hang in there - you have hope!

No!! So, why should we Christians continue using the Gregorian Calendar which confused us totally? Originally, January was the 11th month on that calendar and the 12th month was February. And it was more closely related to the Biblical Calendar, which began around March-April.
