Armenia, Iran, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan are the other parts of the world which occupy two territorial continents in addition to Russia and Turkey. But I wonder as to who drew the territorial lines of countries. Let there be no human made divides between countries.
The European part of Turkey, also called Thrace, is really just a small peninsula bordering Bulgaria and Greece. Its population density, however, is more than three times that of Anatolia, so that about ten percent of all Turks live in the European part.
