Do lawyers feel as though landlord/tenant cases are a waste of their time?
I have a great case against a landlord but keep getting non-engagement letters from lawyers (big and small). I assume that they are assuming that there is no money in it. Thoughts?
Ask a paralegal for assistance, who is cheaper, or legal aid societies where lawyers offer their expertise free or cheap for cases like this.
