    Why don't some indiviuals have open mouth communication instead of mind heart suffocation?

    Oh how so many individuals have this way of never inputting of their true feelings of dictational words as to say what they need to say.

    The problem is always one of fear: fear of being laughed at, fear of being found wanting, fear of being taken advantage of...the lists and reasons for the fear is endless, yet they all stem from the one source: the Self Image, what we THINK we are, rather than WHAT we are.   Knowing your real self is the way through this.

    Once a man or woman has that revelation in which they somehow find out that they are NOT their thinking, and not their emotive reactions, there comes a great release.   It's not complete, of course, and has to be worked on from then on.   The emphasis then is on bravery; willing to be vulnerable.   But I'e written Hubs on this.  If you're seriously interested they're on this site.

      Don't we know about the fear that has so much individuals in bondage it's just there to stop individuals from doing the true things that they should, and if others don't use the spoken word of speech how will they gather informationto know what is
