Do you think it's possible that we as human beings will ever be a united people?
It seems like we, meaning people in general, are too busy being diversified by religion, sexual orientation, political party, social status, level of wealth, etc rather than being equal in the fact that we are all human beings. Each one of us should be respected for that very reason instead of being persecuted, denied, bullied, etc. Can we ever stand united for what we are as a whole?
No.
Deep down people have more of a need to feel "special" than "equal".
For some reason people love to focus on what makes them "different" or unique rather than on things they have in common.
Essentially they will always look to say (my group) is better than your group. What people really want is an equal opportunity to become "special". Competition and the need for a status hierarchy are here to stay. Pride and ego also play a part as individuals and as nations.
Most people want to travel first class, stay in 5 star hotels, eat in 5 star restaurants, or belong to some "exclusive club" or organization which illustrates to them & the world they're (above the masses).
When one thinks they are "better" than others they lack a desire to (unite) with them. Their goal is to distance themselves (if possible).
Well, if the entire earth unit as a single nation, it might become possible, but even then, well...civil wars do happens.
People of this planet would never unite...they would work together for a short time, perhaps...but when one looks at the people that populate this planet...why would you want to change them?
Unity is over-rated...to think as one for a short chasm of time...perhaps...planetary calamity. For this planet to be unified...well, maybe there is a god, but I doubt it. There is a universal power that has no entity, quagmire in human thought, no cerebral cortex, but for us to worry about unification? That is a moot point...it won't happen...No...is my answer...we are too diversified to ever expect that.
No, because our default social group is the tribe. It may be the village you live in, the dance troupe, your church, your fitness club, your support group.
The politics of human nature also prevents such "unification". If you can't win the turf war, drawing a line in the grass and saying this side is ours who's with me? makes that area yours and you a chief. Everyone who wants to be chief but fails can create a splinter group they are in charge of - and we see this from social circles to political movements, preventing consolidation.

Was Jesus Christ as a man genetically related to any other human beings? Is it possible, or impossible with man's inherited genetic defects as the result of sin? Jesus Christ was sinless, and was the spotless Lamb that was sacrificed (1 Peter 1:19).
