Are you choosing comfort over happiness? There is a difference between the two.
What are going to do or not do now?
For me this question always brings me back to the difference between happiness and joy. So I suppose to my mind there are at least 3 "levels" and probably more types to this thing call pleasureful. For sure we have:
And of course we can make them verbs or nouns. And we can throw modifiers at them.
The only thing certain about them is that there is no mandatory path to get to them.
However when I am lazy I will reach a state of comfort. If I put some effort to it -- I can go higher.
Yes experiencing a comfort zone is less taxing than aiming for the states of happpiness or joy.
