The myth that we only use 10% of our brain is false.
The human brain uses a large percentage of our oxygen and nutrients. We cannot afford NOT to use all of it.
You may not use all of your brain at the same moment, but that's because the parts involved in playing music aren't the same as when you're dancing versus driving a car. Do all of those things through the day, and you'll use most of your brain.
