Trivia: This is the first film where the characters are not the singers of the songs in the film.
Movie Mistake: Colors and spots are an issue throughout the the film. Thumper's sisters and the squirrels change colors from scene to scene. Bambi's spots also come and go as they please.
My Take: I was six when I first saw this film and this was the first movie to make me ball my eye's out. Thirty-something years later I still get misty-eyed when I think about Bambi losing his mother. Regardless, this is a great film for young and old alike.
