My daughter loves Charmed and Ghost Whisper she has all the seasons. My favourite on the other hand is Law and Order or CSI. What is your family favourite

I wonder if it might be FRIENDS.  It was immensely popular for about 10 years.  I loved Charmed too but I think overall it had a limited audience due to the supernatural factor. And Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Star Trek TNG.

The Simpsons.  Well, i know it's cartoons, but it's still is a TV series.  I love 24, NCIS, Ghost Whisperer, Scrubs.  I nkow it's not within the 15 year time period, but I love Macgyver.

Buffy is definitely one of my all time favorites. Also Seinfeld and The Office. I know The Office has been losing some steam as of late but the first 5 seasons were great. Also a newer show Community on NBC is awesome, hopefully it sticks around for a few more seasons.

FRIENDS.  For acting, production, direction, artists  - yes - Casting!
I think anyone who watched it felt that they were WITH FRIENDS!
I am sure that many people still miss them!

In the animation department, it's Arthur. I like the show, not as much as the other ones on PBS, but it teaches kids lessons. (Even despite DW's sometimes bratty behavior, it's good.) Oh, and not to mention Sesame Street. Though I like the older episodes better (not that I hate Elmo - in fact he's a pretty good teacher), it's still popular.
