    well it has worked  as a real anti depressent pill as if there was no music in my life, and  all the thing i have been through was same then
    i would proabably have died, have become crazy or would have becomed some hardcore addict of drugs.

    music for me simply makes me more alive. music plays your heart in every songs reminds you of something to look forward too and be happy.. smile

    Music is a great escape. There is a song for every mood and I find it always helps to release me of my troubles or heighten an already good mood.

    I've never been hit by music, oh, all right, there is Trenchtown Rock, Bob Marley - 'hit me with music, hit me with music.'
    Can music effect one's life, I don't really know, I suppose that it is sometimes mildly relaxing?

    I'm a heavy metal man.  If i ever get really angry or depressed, I crank some music, get motivated then attack life all over again!  Its helped me achieve my goals to this day!

    Music can motivate me when I am doing physical work. 
    It helps me through hard times by finding songs I can relate to (Pantera's first three albums will get you through damn near any problem life can through at you).
    It entertains me.
    It influenced me when I was young but I am above those mind controll techniques now.
