    I want to bye some gift to my friends in the middle east and they have pal system there and want to know if I bye from the us will they work thier

    The PAL system would not supported by US 3D TVs unless the vendor writes it exclusively on the package. Sony, Panasonic or Samsung, the pioneers in 3d tv markets do not support PAL system.

    PAL scheme or NTSC scheme are color schemes that a particular TV understands and converts to display from a signal.

    They can still use the TV with a 3d blueray player to watch movies that are published in NTSC format.
