If a duck waddles, and a pigeon bobs, what does a rooster do?

Roosters strut.  They like to chicken-neck their way through barnyards, seemingly intent on letting every other animal know that, yeah, they've got that something special.  And if the other animals don't agree with that, well, they've got sharp beaks to remind them.

Stride. He goes forward in a thrusting fashion or just runs. They are always funny to watch.

A Rooster would strut around, after all, they rule the henhouse.  Too easy.  ;-)

I believe Jason Marovich has the correct term: strut.
