Whitney Houston was my favourite singer of all time. I grew up listening to her music and singing her songs. She was the reason i wanted to be a singer, and i found true meaning in many of her songs. May she rest in peace.

I do not know if you would consider her a star, but Sally Ride passed away on Monday.  The inspiration she provided for young girls should not be over looked.

The star who I will miss the most was Andy Griffith.  It was almost as though he was part of the family.  Just my two cents on the subject.

I have to go with Sherman Helmsley. I still try to find reruns of the Jeffersons.  He was a great character. Chad Everett just died also. I once saw him playing tennis many years ago. He was quite a hunky guy.
