Gotta give a shout out Meatloaf. Cream isn't food but they still come to mind also.

The main one I thought of apart from a few of the ones Thief12 mentioned is a band called King Prawn.

I tried to stick to bands whose names are basically straight-up food, and not ones that have food mentioned in the name somewhere. Pretty strict, but the rules weren't specified.

A few that sprung to my mind:

Orange Juice (well, a beverage, but whatever)
    Cream (see above)
    The Lemonheads
    The Sugarcubes
    Salt 'n' Pepa
    Hot Tuna
    Hot Chocolate
    Wild Cherry
    Green Jelly
    The Moldy Peaches

Totally forgot about green jelly - they had that 3 little pigs song - nice!

Good call on the "Three Little Pigs" song! Did you know that Maynard James Keenan of Tool and A Perfect Circle fame did the falsetto vocal part on that tune? The bit that goes, "Not by the hair of my chinny-chin-chin" is the man himself...

    Eagle-Eye Cherry
