How do I improve the quality of Pictures already used in my hubs?
I have just run across one of my hubs that have a few pictures that are a bit blurry. What can I do to improve the resolution of these pics?
Try a cool program that edits pictures and they can be fixed or improved!
There are many that you can use. if you want to use one online and which requires no logins or anything, just go to pixlr.com and choose which ever basic or advanced version. the advanced version is like Photoshop and will do more than you need. I use it on my blog for artwork. Lots of people say it is the best free application out there. There are other versions, but I use this.
Also check out and maybe download PhotoFiltre 7, as this is free to use and easy to fix, crop photos and re-jog colors and fix up photos.
I do use Photoshop and it is awesome. But I found a great package in Xara Designer Pro and it is stunning and if you needed to buy one that did everything, then it is great value for money, Xara is easy and best to use. I use it on my blog a lot. Text handling and shadows and graphics are just so simple on it.
You have lots of choices.

So, Hubtivity is swamped with new hubs that nobody really wanted to write and nobody really wants to read. The natural (and excellent) dynamic of this Great Domain is destroyed. And those of us who have work to do or are less than competitive by nature can only sit back and wait for the feeding...

I've been looking at the Latest Hubbers and doing a lot of HubHopping lately and noticed a pattern. Based upon some of what I have seen I am making some suggestions. I'm sure HubPages staff and moderators see all sorts of patterns to spam and poorer quality Hubs. Here's some suggestions...

I've been feverishly updating my old Hubs, not so much on this account but on my big niche account, in hopes that they will be noticed and moved to a niche site. But, it appears this process has come to a dead stop. It is extremely disheartening to think older, quality Hubs can only be up for...
