Who do you think will have more success in the box office next year? DC or Marvel?
Tough answer. I think it depends on how well Doctor Strange and Suicide Squad do. Captain America: Civil War will do well. People want to see Steve vs. Tony. Bats vs Superman will also do well. Batman is always a big draw, even after the fan dissatisfaction with Man of Steel. SS is about a lot of hardly known characters (by that I mean by the general public, and of course the exception is Joker), but the same could be said about Doc Strange. I will give the Doc the edge only because Cumberbatch has a fairly large following.
Also, I would like to say that as a comic book fan, I want them ALL to do well.
DC will shatter all box office records with BvS...in all hero cinematic universes past, present and future, that is the one most anticipated movie of all time.
Then Marvel's Civil war will come quite close. Those two will stand out from the rest.
For overall success, i think it will be Marvel...it has a longer line up than DC. And since it's highly likely that all their movies will attract roughly the same audiences, Marvel will rake in more profits.
Yeah, I think it'll be close... Marvel Cinematic Universe has been having great success in the box office while DC Extended Universe is just starting to make it's mark on the big screen starting with last year's "Man of Steel". Both "Batman vs Superman" & "Civil War" will surely do great in the box office. And it surely come down as to how the other movies will fair at the box office...
But in the end, I think Marvel will be more successful

Are you a DC movie fan or Marvel movie fan?In light of the recent Superman movie and Iron Man movie, which universe has your interest. Marvel has a bit of a head-start on DC with the Avengers, but the development of the Justice League in the near future could also make for some great movies.
