Well I guess he's technically not a super hero, but more of an anti-hero but I say Deadpool. Because he can survive being blown to bits and still pull himself together.
Jack Harkness of Dr. Who. Got blown up and reassembled, immune to nearly everything, lives five million years or so if cannon is correct. And he had time travel devices periodically.
